Thank you to everyone who continues to support me!

So I have been here there and everywhere over the past 6 months and it hasn't left much time for me to keep up with everything here on Deviant Art!

I know I have some people who come here to check out my new work and I do apologize for not getting anything up lately, but I'm going to attempt to continue to upload new images, and at least try and check out some gallery's because I'm sure I have missed out on some cool things...

If anyone has facebook you can follow my work there and will have a better chance of seeing my most up-to-date stuff there -->>>> Clayton Thacker Photography www.facebook.com/pages/Oakvill…

Thanks again,

Clayton

› New Account

As many of you know I attend the Midwest Old Threshers Reunion every year and I manage to take a crap load of pictures. I feel that there is enough content that it can support itself on its own so I made a new account just for the Midwest Old Threshers Reunion! I will still post a few shots here, but most of them will be over at the new account...

So if you wouldn't mind checking it out here you go!

i like how your photographs represent a place that doesn't seem alien or otherworldly, a place that I know and is familiar and yet you find a way to present it very well; in other words I feel like saying you do a lot with a little, where many more photographers have access to all these fantastic locations, you've made what you find around you work for you, and in that sense its refreshing to see. It's not the same rehashed ocean/beach/rocks or fancy modern high tech city & architecture that _everyone_ at your apparent level of craft has beaten to death on this website.

That said, I love the tractors, combines, corn, grain, and especially the pics with the monster trucks and mopar midgets. Great action shots you've taken with the last two, especially where it seems steady hands and an ability to pan with the object in motion really comes into play. Thanks for sharing your world, so to speak, here on DA. ;)
